These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the "Astro Guide by Rafael" service, website, and mobile applications (together, the "Service"), operated by RafaelAstroMund LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA ("we", "us", or "the Company"). By using the Service or purchasing a subscription, you ("you" or "the User") agree to these Terms.
We provide personal astrological forecasts based on the natal chart calculated from the birth details you provide. Forecasts are delivered daily by email, via our Telegram bot, and/or through our mobile application, for the duration of your paid subscription. A free tier providing a general horoscope by zodiac sign may also be available.
The astrological forecasts provided by the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
They are not professional advice — medical, financial, legal, or psychological — and must not be relied upon as such.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any forecast to your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the forecasts, and we accept no liability for them.
By using the Service, you confirm that you understand its entertainment nature and accept full responsibility for any decisions made based on the content you receive.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
Current prices are shown on our website and within the app. Payment is made as a one-time charge for the selected subscription period; the subscription does not auto-renew unless you purchase an auto-renewing plan through an app store, in which case it renews according to that store's rules until you cancel.

We never receive or store your card details; they are handled directly by these payment providers.
You may cancel and request a full refund before the Service begins — that is, before you receive your first forecast. After the first forecast, a partial refund proportional to the unused period may be granted at our discretion.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the refund policies of those stores, and refund requests for such purchases must be made through the respective store.

All materials of the Service — including forecast texts, design, and software — are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright law. You may use the forecasts for your personal, non-commercial use only.
We are not liable for any inability to provide the Service due to causes beyond our control (third-party outages, force majeure, or government action). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
These Terms take effect when published and remain in force indefinitely. We may update them; the updated version takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new version. The current version is always available at rafaelmund.com/offer.html.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, submitted to the courts having jurisdiction at the Company's registered location.
