This Privacy Policy explains what data the "Astro Guide by Rafael" service and mobile application (the "Service") collects, for what purposes, and on what terms. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy applies to our website and our mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and other channels.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is RafaelAstroMund LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, which operates the "Astro Guide by Rafael" service.

2. What data we collect and why

Email address — to sign you in (one-time code) and to deliver forecasts and service notifications.
Telegram identifier — if you sign in via Telegram, to link your account.
Zodiac sign — to show the general horoscope for your sign (free access).
Birth details (date, time, and place of birth) — if you provide them when setting up a personal subscription, they are used to calculate your natal chart and prepare your personal forecast.
Delivery time and time zone — to send your forecast at a time convenient for you.
Push notification token — a technical device identifier needed to send notifications when your forecast is ready.
Device information (manufacturer and model) — to display relevant tips (for example, autostart setup on certain devices) and for error diagnostics.
Technical data (IP address, request timestamps, server logs) — for security and to operate the Service.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. To operate the Service, some data is processed by service providers (processors), each only to the extent necessary for its function:

Google Firebase (Google LLC) — delivery of push notifications (the device token is processed).
Resend — sending emails (sign-in codes, forecasts); your email address is processed.
Google (Gemini API) — generating forecast text based on astrological parameters.
Hosting providers — hosting of servers and databases.
Payment providers — processing payments when you purchase a subscription or other products. The payment method depends on the platform:
- Apple In-App Purchase (Apple Inc.) — for in-app purchases on iOS devices;
- Google Play Billing (Google LLC) — for in-app purchases on Android devices;
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — for payments made on our website.
Card details are processed directly by these payment providers; the Service never receives or stores them.

Some of these providers are located in the United States and other countries. Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on the providers' contractual and legal safeguards for such transfers.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription or account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward — to the extent necessary to meet our obligations and legal requirements. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and are periodically deleted.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area (GDPR) and of California (CCPA/CPRA) have these rights, and we honor them regardless of your location. We do not sell your personal information and do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email support@rafaelmund.com.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app at any time:

Open the app → "Profile" tab → "Delete account" → confirm.

When you delete your account in the app, the following is deleted: your in-app sign-in data (sessions), device binding and push notification token, and sign-in codes. This action is irreversible for access through the app.

Your subscription and forecast delivery by email or Telegram are retained, as they are a separate service channel. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed and cancelled in the settings of the respective store.

If you want to delete all of your data and unsubscribe entirely, email support@rafaelmund.com with the subject "Data deletion" — we will delete your account, history, and forecasts.

7. Security

Data transmitted between the app and our server is protected by encryption (TLS/HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the age at which they can independently consent to the processing of personal data under the laws of their country, and in no case from children under 13.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address; the effective date is shown at the top of the page.
